Smittyware CacheMate
CacheMate is the first Geocaching-specific application I used. So far, I believe it to be the best value around in terms of Geocaching software. For $8 you can throw away most of your paper and cache without dragging a folder/binder along. It is not the prettiest application, nor does it have some of the advanced features of other applications. However, it is targeted towards a very specific mission - to keep track of geocaches, and it does that better than most of the other applications around. You won't see turn-by-turn directions or maps here, but you have plenty of options when it comes to displaying, importing, exporting, filtering, and tracking your caches.
A Tutorial on CacheMate for Pocket PC is also available.
